The online store rologia-kaloustian.gr offers all internet users the opportunity to purchase a wide range of watches, jewelry, and accessories at competitive prices by displaying, promoting, and reselling products from its suppliers. The company exclusively selects, at its discretion, the products it will present to the consumer public through rologia-kaloustian.gr and reserves the right to update or withdraw them at any time, without reason and without prior notice.

Lastly, the company's pricing policy as well as the methods of promoting its sales, through offers and/or discounts, are determined exclusively by the company and may be modified at any time without prior notice. It should be clarified that any seasonal Offers/Discounts or promotional activities of the online store may not apply to physical stores or vice versa, as promotional discount activities of one or more physical stores may not apply to other physical sales points or our online store.

Placing and Completing an Order

Rologia-kaloustian.gr collaborates with dozens of suppliers, importers, and manufacturers from Greece and abroad to offer you a wide range of products at competitive prices. Orders are completed through a specific process, which is described in detail below, as sometimes, for reasons beyond our control, a product that appears to be available on our website may ultimately not be available or deliverable within the delivery time indicated on rologia-kaloustian.gr. Therefore, to keep you fully informed about the status of your order and protect you from such cases, your order is completed through the following steps:

Placing an Order

We recommend that before placing your first order, you register as a user on rologia-kaloustian.gr to make it easier and more efficient for our online store to serve you.

• Fill in all the details of your order request that appear on the order form.
• Receive an automated message at the email address you have provided us with the details of the order request received by our company. Please remember that your requests are received by our company with the explicit reservation of thorough availability checks for the products included in your order request, as at this stage, the processing of your request by our company has not yet begun. Lastly, we inform you that our company follows a strict policy for the protection of your personal data, and only upon your express consent (which you grant by submitting the form) are they collected and processed in the safest and most diligent manner.

Order Processing

At this stage, our company thoroughly checks the availability of all products listed in your order request. Specifically:
• If all products listed in your request are available within the delivery time displayed on our online store, we will confirm via email sent to the email address you have provided, containing all the details of the order. The shipment of products will be made based on the delivery schedule of our partnered courier service.
• If one or more of the items you ordered are not available, or if a product cannot be delivered within the delivery time indicated on our online store, our responsible staff member will contact you either by phone or email to inform you about the unavailability. If, for any reason, none of the above communications is successful within 5 days from the sending of your order request, then your request is automatically canceled, and you will need to submit a new request to us.

Telephone Orders

In the case that you choose to place your order by phone, you must be aware of these terms and conditions. By the final placement of your order by our service department, you automatically and silently accept all terms and conditions.

HOW TO PAY

To pay for the products you wish to purchase, you can choose from the payment methods suggested by our company. First, decide which payment process suits you best. Then, select the corresponding payment method at the appropriate section of the order request form and finally, enter your necessary details.

 Please note that shipping and cash on delivery are free for all orders shipped within Greece, provided they exceed 30 euros. For orders totaling less than 30 euros, the shipping cost is 3 euros.

 Cash on delivery is paid in cash to the courier, and for orders under 30 euros where you choose this payment method, the cash on delivery fee is 3 euros. 

 For orders paid via bank transfer, it is recommended that you send us proof of the transfer (photo, screenshot, etc.) to [email protected] to expedite the process. We remind you that our company follows a strict personal data protection policy, and all payment details you provide are collected and processed securely and diligently, only with your explicit consent given when submitting the order request.

 Regarding payments made using a credit card, our company, in cooperation with EUROBANK and VIVAWALLET, takes all necessary security measures to ensure maximum protection for your online transactions.

PRODUCT DELIVERY & SHIPPING COSTS

Your order will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days from the next day of its registration, depending on the storage facility where the products you selected are immediately available.

 Right after shipping, you will receive an email with the final order confirmation and the related Tracking Number from our partner courier company. Due to reasons of force majeure, in some isolated cases, there might be a brief delay in shipping beyond the indicated time frame.

 During peak work periods such as Discount Periods, Extra Offers, Black Friday, etc., additional delays in package deliveries may occur, and we reserve the right to timely delivery for reasons of force majeure.

 The customer does not have the right to open the package unless the total cash on delivery amount has been fully paid.

 Our company is not responsible for any delays caused by force majeure or events beyond its control. Indicatively, but not limited to, our company is not liable for delivery delays due to delays at intermediate loading-unloading points, transport strikes, or other strikes affecting product delivery.

 In any case of delay, our company will make every possible effort to contact you using the details you have provided to inform you accordingly and arrange for the new delivery or the delivery of another product.

 Although our company takes every possible measure to meet your need for information regarding the possible unavailability of a product, there is a possibility of unexpected shortages or non-availability of the product from our suppliers even after confirming your order. 

In this case, our company will again make every possible effort to contact you using the details you have provided to inform you about all available options and coordinate with you for the new delivery, the delivery of another product, or the cancellation of the order without cost to either party and the interest-free refund of any payments made within a reasonable period.

 Pickup from our store: You can choose to pick up your package from any of our stores by selecting this option when submitting your order. For orders delivered to the store, the returns policy applies, and therefore NO refunds are made within the store.

ORDER CANCELLATION - REFUND - REFUSAL TO ACCEPT DELIVERY

If you place an order with cash on delivery, it is shipped via our partnered courier company, and you refuse to accept it (without any fault on our part), we reserve the right to remove this payment method from your future purchases.

 ORDER CANCELLATION - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (REFUND)

 You can cancel your order in the following cases: 

Before the product is shipped – Cancellation is possible by sending an email to [email protected] or by contacting us at 2103246856 on Monday - Wednesday - Saturday from 09:00 to 17:00 & Tuesday - Thursday - Friday from 09:00 to 21:00.

After receiving the product, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the product.

It is clarified that in order to proceed with a product return, the conditions mentioned above regarding the state of the returned products must be met. For orders where an invoice has been issued, the right of withdrawal does not apply. Every purchase with an issued invoice constitutes a contract between two parties for acquiring products intended for professional use and not for personal use.

The refund is always made at the purchase price of the product on the day of purchase, minus 8 euros for shipping costs, whether it is a partial or total withdrawal. Your refund will be processed within 14 business days from the time we receive the returned products and provided they meet the conditions for returned products as described above.

For orders that incurred cash on delivery charges, the cash on delivery fee is non-refundable. Once the product is returned, we will refund your money within 14 days to an account you specify. The withdrawal form must accompany the product, SIGNED by the buyer, either by registered mail or by email.

PRODUCT PURCHASE WITHDRAWAL FORM

In any case, if you choose any other method for returning the product besides our partnered courier company, you are responsible for the return cost charged to our company.

The chargeback process (full or partial) on credit card transactions is conducted exactly as the card was charged. The above procedure pertains to the banks’ policies and is beyond our control.

PRODUCT CHANGES

You have the right to return the product you received within 15 calendar days and request a replacement with a different size or another product. Please note that the date of shipment of the returned product is considered to be the date marked by the courier on the receipt for verification of timeliness.

For returns, you will be charged €4.

The return process always requires prior telephone communication with us at 2103246856 and proceeds as follows: You send the product for exchange using our affiliated courier company with recipient charges. We receive the product and, if it meets the conditions, send out the new one. The shipping cost for the new product is borne by you and amounts to €4 if it is sent again with our affiliated courier company.

If there is a difference in the monetary amount and you choose to pay with cash on delivery, there is an additional charge of €3. Products are always returned to one of our stores. It is clarified that exchanges are always made at the current price of the product with the extra charges mentioned above. If the new product you choose has a lower price than the one you are returning, you are entitled to a credit note equal to the difference. Refunds are not made for this case. For orders for which an invoice has been issued, no exchange is allowed. Each purchase with an invoice constitutes a contract between two parties for the acquisition of products intended for professional and not personal use.

Late shipments will not be accepted, resulting in the cancellation of the exchange and the return of the product with shipping costs to the customer (€8).

Conditions

Returned products must be in the condition they were received. This means:

- They must not be damaged and their packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product.

- They must be in excellent condition (with their original packaging, i.e., box or plastic wrap).

- They must be accompanied by all documents that came with the product (e.g., Receipt, Invoice, Warranty, etc.).

If the above conditions are met, you can freely send it back to us for exchange. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the return. The following products cannot be returned: Unsealed or activated SMART watches, watches with internal (e.g., battery change) or external (e.g., removed links from the bracelet) interventions, watches with damage to the casing or glass, and custom-made jewelry (e.g., wedding rings, engagement rings) except for size adjustments where possible.

Return of Defective Products

In cases where products of poor or defective quality were sold due to the fault of rologia-kaloustian.gr or due to mistakes in order processing, invoicing, shipping, damage during transport, poor packaging, etc., rologia-kaloustian.gr assumes full responsibility for replacement, as well as the costs of reshipping.

To determine if the product is defective, you must email us at [email protected] with photos of the product for assessment by the relevant department of the company. If you send the product without following the above procedure, you will be responsible for all shipping costs and any additional charges, and our company reserves the right to refuse acceptance of the product.

The return terms remain the same as those mentioned above. If the product is not deemed defective, it will be returned to the customer with the shipping cost of €8.

Both the company and the consumer are committed to the proper and good faith use and operation of the website.

The company ensures the accurate and precise publication of all information regarding the products promoted and displayed on rologia-kaloustian.gr.

Our company has the exclusive right to change the price of any product at any time, without reason and without prior notice.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The entire content of rologia-kaloustian.gr is the intellectual property of the company and is protected by relevant provisions of Greek and international law and international intellectual property conventions. Any provision of the above terms that becomes contrary to the law ceases to apply automatically and is removed from this document, without in any case affecting the validity of the remaining terms.
