Returns & Exchanges – Secure & Fast Process
Product Exchanges
You have the right to return the product you received within 30 calendar days and request its replacement with another size or a different product. Please note that the shipping date of the returned product is considered to be the one indicated by the courier on the receipt, to verify timely delivery.
The cost for product returns is 4 euros.
The return process is always done after contacting us by phone at 2103246856 and is as follows: You send the product to be exchanged using our partnered courier service with the recipient paying the fee. We receive the product and if it meets the conditions, we send you the new one. The shipping cost for the new product is borne by you and is 4 euros if sent again using our partnered courier service. In case there is a difference in the amount and you choose to pay via cash on delivery, there is an additional charge of 3 euros.
Products are always returned to one of our stores.
It is clarified that exchanges are always made at the current price of the product with the additional charges mentioned above. If the new product you select has a lower price than the one you are returning, you are entitled to a credit note equal to the difference. Refunds are not provided for the above situation.
For orders invoiced for businesses, exchanges are not allowed. Every purchase with an invoice constitutes a contract between two parties involving the acquisition of products intended for professional and not personal use.
Late returns will not be accepted, resulting in the cancellation of the exchange and the return of the product with shipping costs charged to the customer (8€).
Conditions
Returned products must be in the condition they were received. This means:
- They should have no damage, and their packaging should be the original that normally accompanies the product.
- They must be in perfect condition (with their factory packaging, such as box or plastic wrap).
- They must be accompanied by all the documents with which the product was delivered (e.g., Retail Receipt, Invoice, Warranties, etc.).
If the above conditions are met, you are free to send it back to us for replacement. Otherwise, we reserve the right not to accept the return.
The following products cannot be returned: SMART-type watches that have been unsealed or activated, watches that have been tampered with internally (e.g., battery change) or externally (e.g., bracelet parts removed), that show wear on the case or crystal, and jewelry ordered on-demand (e.g., rings, engagement rings, etc.) except for size changes where possible.
Return of Defective Products
In cases where it is proven that due to the fault of rologia-kaloustian.gr, low-quality or defective products were sold or due to an error in order processing, invoicing, shipping, damage during transport, poor packaging, etc., rologia-kaloustian.gr fully assumes responsibility for the replacement, as well as the reshipping costs.
To determine if a product is defective, you must send us photos of the product via email at [email protected] so it can be inspected by our company’s relevant department. If you send the product without following the above procedure, you will be fully charged for all transportation costs, and any additional fees incurred, and our company reserves the right to refuse its receipt.
The return conditions remain the same as those mentioned above.
If the product is not deemed defective, it will be returned to the customer with a shipping cost of 8€.
Order Cancellation - Right of Withdrawal (Refund)
You may cancel your order in the following cases:
- Before the product is shipped – Cancellation is possible by sending an email to [email protected] or by contacting us by phone at 2103246856 Monday - Wednesday - Saturday 09:00 - 17:00 & Tuesday - Thursday - Friday 09:00 - 21:00.
- After receiving the product, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the day of receiving the product.
It is clarified that to proceed with the product return, the conditions mentioned above regarding product damage, etc., must be met.
For orders invoiced for businesses, returns due to withdrawal are not allowed. Every purchase with an invoice constitutes a contract between two parties involving the acquisition of products intended for professional and not personal use.
The refund is always made at the purchase price of the product on the day it was purchased, minus 8 euros for shipping costs, whether for partial or full withdrawal. Your refund will be made within 14 working days from the moment we receive the returned products, provided they meet the return conditions described above. For orders charged with cash on delivery fees, the cash on delivery fee is non-refundable.
Once the product is returned, we will refund your money within 14 days to an account you specify.
The withdrawal form must accompany the product, SIGNED by the buyer, and sent by registered mail or email.
PRODUCT PURCHASE WITHDRAWAL FORM
In any case, if you choose any other method for returning the product other than our partnered courier service, you bear the return cost charged to our company.
